VaultDiscs is an independent brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or officially connected to any artist, band, musician, songwriter, record label, music publisher, management company, entertainment company, or rights holder referenced anywhere on this website or in our marketing.

No artist, band, label, or rights holder has licensed, reviewed, or approved our products.

Use of names

Any artist or band names appearing on this website are used solely in a descriptive sense, to indicate the theme or style of a given collectible disc set and to help customers identify which set suits their taste. Their use does not imply any partnership, licence, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation of any kind.

All trademarks, trade names, logos, images, and copyrights referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners. We claim no ownership of, and no rights in, any third-party intellectual property.

Our products contain no music

VaultDiscs products are hardware only. Every music box ships completely empty.

We do not include, supply, pre-load, sell, licence, host, stream, distribute, or otherwise provide any music, sound recordings, audio files, or other copyrighted audio content with any product. There are no songs on our discs or players when they leave us.

Customer-supplied content

Our products are designed for customers to load their own audio files, in the same way a USB drive or MP3 player works.

Customers are solely responsible for the audio files they choose to load onto their device, and for ensuring they hold the necessary rights or licences to use that content. VaultDiscs does not supply, recommend, endorse, or facilitate the acquisition of any audio content from any source, and accepts no responsibility or liability for content that customers obtain or load themselves.

Product designs

Our packaging, disc designs, and product artwork are created independently by VaultDiscs. They are not official merchandise, and are not reproductions of, or substitutes for, any officially licensed product.

We take intellectual property seriously and act in good faith.
